Summer Straws
For me a straw hat needs dignity and a touch of nostalgia. Catering to the many visitors to Uzes and St. Quentin, I make a lot of straw hats of all sizes and textures. I also make stitched straw hats from braided straw, working on a special sewing machine which is over 150 years old, a bit temperamental understandably, but the results are generous and a hat that gains in character with time.
