Hat Courses and Holidays
- Places are available on a first- come first- served basis, and are only secured once full payment has been received.
- Class size is limited to a maximum of 4 students.
- Cancellation must be made no later than 6 weeks before the start date to avoid penalty. Alternative course dates will be offered to you, but if nothing is possible, the refund will depend on another student taking your place on the initial course.
- If a course has to be cancelled by Lucy Till Hats, alternative dates will be offered or you can receive a full refund.
- Basic hat-making materials for the proposed hats on the course are included in the price. Additional items can be brought with you, or purchased from Lucy Till Hats during the course. You should bring your own sewing equipment to include - needles (straws size 8 ideally), scissors, thimbles, tape measure, and lots of steel pins. Also bring an apron and a notepad and pen for making notes, and if possible a digital camera with video capability.
Online purchased Hats
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of ordering the hat, with the balance due upon receipt of the hat. Cheques made payable to Lucy Till Hats with guarantee card number written on reverse.
Most hats are ready within 4 weeks of receiving the order. Shipping costs are charged pro-forma. Any damage incurred during postage must be reported immediately upon delivery.
